I don't know of any but you can watch all of seasons 2-9 plus the 3 movies on YouTube. There are even a few episodes of season 1 there.

Deja View in Canada use to show the FOL fairly often (late every night, around 1am, early every weekday morning at 8am, and mid morning every weekend at 10 and 10:30 am.) They stopped in 2010.

CTV, a Christian based channel, use to play the FOL every weekday at 3:30pm or 4pm, I don't remember which. Sadly they stopped too the year before DejaView.

I could have sworn I saw another satellite channel here in Canada playing the FOL in a graveyard shift, but I don't have that channel so I'll have to get back to you.

These are all national channels though. Local stations in Canada suck. They rarely if ever play programs they didn't produce themselves, so it's mostly a home cooking show in someones kitchen, a show focusing on happenings around town, a news program where viewers call in and complain about taxes, live coverage from the local high schools basketball game, etc.

Sorry I can't help you with American channels. As OldBiddy said, there is always YouTube. You have to deal with the episode being broken in to chunks and a bunch of ******** comments though, so I would invest in the DVD's.
