I just noticed TBS is now crunching the opening theme. You thought closing credit crunches were bad, this is even worse. TBS will show the opening sped-up and split screen while the episode is in progress. What a horrible thing to do. TBS sucks just as bad as TV Land/

I saw the samething and I was mad too. But I dont think you should boycott Friends. Boycott TBS if you have too. I'll still watch the episodes on TBS even though crunching the opening credits is very annoying.

It is a shame, but it doesn't bother me. What bothers me is the stretched out, non-HD version on TBS HD. The show is handled great by Nick at Nite.
