Was this guy ever profiled on UM? I saw this earlier today but couldn't find anything about it.

In my opinion the case of Brad Bishop is a unique one which would make Bishop an incredibly hard fugitive to catch. Yes some of this has to do with the amount of time that has passed in this case and the resultant change in Bishop's appearance but Bishop is really the prime candidate for a fugitive who would be able to survive on the lam for many years.

He is highly educated, unlikely to draw attention to himself and perhaps most importantly versed in the ways of the international scene as UM termed it. Bishop would know places where he could hide where detection would be unlikely. He has mastered I believe several languages which would allow him to blend into many different European countries with ease. Being that he worked for the US government I also wouldn't be surprised if he has some knowledge as to how the US government precisely goes about tracking down fugitives. This would be of great help to him in his efforts to avoid detection.

Also the means of Bishop's escape from the United States still remains a mystery. The world was a lot simpler back in 1976 and in fact up until 9-11 it was much easier for international fugitives to avoid detection due to how security measures at airports were handled back then in comparison with the post 9-11 world we live in.

In my opinion as long as Bishop remains ambulatory and in control of all his mental faculties he is going to be a very difficult fugitive to track down. The man has so much going in his favor in this case that he may have pulled off as close to the perfect crime as you're going to see.

I agree and I think he may be remarried and have more children. But if he doesn't pay for his crimes here on earth someone else will be waiting for him to answer for what he has done.

I agree. In fact, there have been fugitives who were finally caught or found dead even two or more decades after going on the run. One well-known example is the Nazi death angel Josef Mengele, who was in hiding for 30-plus years, until he drowned in 1979.

As for UM fugitives, two that come to mind are Margo Freshwater and Kathy Power, who were on the run for 32 years and 23 years, respectively, until they were both finally in police custody (although Margo Freshwater was captured before the UM segment about her originally aired).
