Crazy Weirdest food combinations on classic TV

And it can be from any decade from the 1960's-present.I'll start-1)Roast Beef with Honey(Yuck!)on a 1961 ABC Black and White episode of "My Three Sons".No wonder Sudsy Pfeiffer got sick and had a stomach ache.Know of any other weird and ghastly food combinations?Feel free to post.

On an episode of the Dick Van Dyke Show, Buddy stays over at the Petrie's for a few days and after a while Rob discusses with Laura his dismay over Buddy's having liver and bananas... EVERY night.. lol I think in a couple episodes in the office, Buddy also mentions liking prune yogurt... that guy sure had some odd tastebuds.. lol

That's the 1st thing I thought of.

On an episode of Roseanne, Darlene had to make dinner and she mixed spagetti with thousand island dressing.

On a Green Acres episode "The Picnic", Lisa made Peanut Butter and Liverworst and Tuna Fish and Grape Jelly sandwhiches for the picnic! Yuck!

On Frasier Daphne was always talking about some of the English foods she would eat and they sounded disgusting. Kidney or blood pudding sounded just awful. There are some others that sounded disgusting but once I found out what they were, it wasn't so bad. Bangers are sausages, toad in a hole is basically sausages in Yorkhsire pudding batter with vegetables and gravy, spotted dick is steamed pudding containing dried fruits that is served with custard. The English have terrible names for food.

There was an episode of the Cosby show when Cliff was making all these exotic foods for dinner. He served soup with cow's tongue in it, he served a soup with sliced turtles feet and once the family found out what it was, they were disgusted. It tasted fine but they changed their minds later on. Theo made a sandwich with onions, mustard and a whole bunch of other stuff on it. He said it was to clean out his system after eating the stuff his father cooked.
The sandwich sounded worse than what Cliff had made.

I've had Pepsi and milk, it basically tastes like a Pepsi float, I used to drink it after seeing it on Laverne & Shirley.

Dave Lister's Delicacies from Red Dwarf:

Triple fried egg, chili, chutney sandwich was Dave Lister's cure for hangovers.

Lister's shammi kabab diablo caused one of his friends to spend a week in the medi-bay.

Lister also loves to drink beer shakes.

From Dragnet:

Bill's Garlic Nut-Butter Sandwich:
1. Take two slices of pumpernickel bread.
2. Spread one with your preferred variety of peanut butter.
3. Spread one with cream cheese.
4. Crush garlic cloves over the cream cheese side, allowing juice to drip into cream cheese (to taste).
5. Join slices into sandwich form, cut into quarters and enjoy!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Bill's Secret Barbecue Sauce:
Bill says "Use it on lamb and you'll never know it's lamb!"

Ingredients:
1 qt. ketchup
1 can red pepper
1 can hot mustard
1 qt. vinegar
1 lb. peeled red peppers, freshly chopped
1 small jar of oregano
4-5 cloves of garlic
1. Mix ingredients in a large, chilled bowl using an electric mixer.
2. Add 5 chopped Bermuda onions.
(Now here comes the secret part...)
3. Add one quart vanilla ice cream and mix again.

Gilmore Girls...

EMILY: That is a mashed banana on toast.
LORELAI: OK.
EMILY: I used to make this for you all the time when you were a little girl.
LORELAI: You did?
EMILY: Yes, whenever you got sick I made this.
LORELAI: Are you sure it wasn’t the other way around?
EMILY: You don’t want it.
LORELAI: No, no, I want it.
EMILY: I’ll just take it back to the kitchen
LORELAI: No, Mom, I said I want it.
EMILY: Alright. (pause) You’re not eating.
LORELAI: Mom.
EMILY: Yes?
LORELAI: Please don’t make me eat this.
