Lisa Kudrow played Phoebe on Friends and her twin sister Ursula.

Deidre Hall from Days played Marlena and her twin sister Samantha and a look alike Hattie. (Deidre does have a twin sister in real life named Andrea who did play her twin sister Samantha and Hattie at one point.)

Jensen Buchanan from Another World played Vicky and her twin sister Marley. Anne Heche originated the characters and played them both at one point.

Kristian Alfonso from Days played Hope and her look alike Princess Gina at different times.

I need help with the actors name but he played twins Adam and Stuart on All My Children.

I can't think of the actress's name but she was on General Hospital. She was Robin's mother. She played herself and her twin Anna.

Jonathan Frakkes played Will Riker on "STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION" and Rikers evil twin in an episode, and an episode of "STAR TREK: DEEP SPACE 9".
Brent Spiner played Data on "STAR TREK: THE NEXT GENERATION" and Datas evil twin Lore in a couple episodes and in one of those, he also played their creator Dr. Noonian Shing. (since Brent Spiner played 3 roles in it, that was A really hard episode to film" according to one crew member)
Kate Mulgrew played Capt. Katherine Janeway on "STAR TREK: VOYAGER" and Janeways grandmother in one episode.

William Shatner played Capt. Kirk on "STAR TREK" and Kirks evil twin in one episode and an android duplicate of Kirk in another episode.

James Garner played Sherrif Nichols in "NICHOLS" and Nichols cousin in one episode.

Roy Clark played Cousin Roy a couple times on "THE BEVERLY HILLBILLIES" (with Donna Douglas as his first on-screen kiss in one episode for which he says "not a bad way to start!"

) and Roys mother in one of the episodes.
