Question AFTER "The Dick Van Dyke Show" ended

We all know that Mary Tyler Moore went on to do "The Mary Tyler Moore Show" and Dick Van Dyke did "The New Dick Van Dyke Show"in the 1970's.But what OTHER TV shows and theatrical movies did they, and the rest of the cast do?

I know Rose Marie and Morey Amsterdam became frequent panelists on the Hollywood Squares right in 1966; Morey stayed until 1969, I believe but Rose Marie stayed until the end. Also, Rose Marie played Myrna on the Doris Day Show for two seasons (1969-1971) but was quietly replaced (along with most of the cast ) Morey did some guest hosting for a couple game shows, but none of them really lasted.

Of course Dick did Chitty Chitty Bang Bang not long after the show, as well as a few other movies, and Diagnosis Murder in the 90s.

Cool

Richard Deacon (Mel Cooley) replaced Roger Carmel on the second season of "The Mothers-In-Law".

Mary Tyler Moore ALSO did a few movies as well, like 1967's "Thorougly Moderrn Millie"with Julie Andrews,1968's "What's so Bad about Feeling Good?",with the late George Peppard and the late Dom De Luise ,and 1969's "Change of Habit"with Elvis Presley.

Dick Van Dyke starred on "Diagnosis Murder" for eight years (1993-2001) as Dr. Mark Sloane. He played the same character in three made for TV movies prior to it becoming a series.

After The Dick Van Dyke Show ended, I remember seeing Rose Marie, Morey Amsterdam and Richard Deacon in a show where they played workers in a hotel. I wish I could remember more about that show.

An Internet search reveals the show was called "Honeymoon Suite", but I've found little else about it.

In 1984 I was at the grand opening of a supermarket in Carlisle, PA with celebrity guests Morey Amsterdam and Dorothy Lamour. Does that count?

Morey Amsterdam's post TDVDS career consisted mainly of TV guest spots. He appeared in one Theatrical movie (The Horse in the Gray Flannel Suit) and a few made for TV movies.

The late Richard Deacon did quite a bit of comedy shows in the 1970's,appearing on the final,not-very good episode of "Green Acres",the stupid pilot episode "The Ex-Secretary",an episode of "Maude",and "Alice",and the late Rock Hudson/Susan Saint James NBC Mystery Movie drama segment "McMillan and Wife".

As I recall, he was also a 'celebrity panelist' on a game show called Cross-Wits. (Maybe other game shows, too.)

Speaking of game shows Rose Marie was a regular on the Hollywood Squares.
