Archie Bunker's Place airing on Deja View in Canada - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Hi. There's a channel in Canada called Deja View and they are airing Archie Bunker's Place. There is a dvd set out there, but the episodes are from vhs transfers and has commercials, and picture and tracking problems.

A while back I actually edited that set and made my own set with picture menus and took out any commercials. I was still missing an Episode from season 4 called "Teacher's Pet", so I never released it.

I was looking at the TV listings on zap2it and they are going to start airing season 2 episodes later this month. Season 1 already came out on dvd so those episodes aren't needed. I don't know if they will air all the episodes but if they air a good chunk of seasons 2-4 including the episode that I am missing, that would be great.

If someone from Canada has this channel and can help with recording direct to dvd (2 hour mode), let me know. I can remake my set with any new episodes and send you a free copy for helping out.

I can probably archive the episodes to disc and send them to you so you can do all the editing and reauthor a new set ... All I ask is for a copy of the new set.

When does s2 start?

Season 2 starts on September 30th with the episode Home Again. They skipped the 2 episode season premere but I have it.

They give this show 2 and sometimes 3 times a day every day of the week so just keep an eye on the guide on zap2it for the right episodes. They air a lot of repeats in case you miss one.

Any updates? How many episodes were you able to get so far? They are going to air the episode I am missing on Tuesday December 6 at 2:30 PM and again on Wednesday December 7 at 3:00 AM called "Teacher's Pet". It's important we get this episode since I don't have it at all.

How is the quality of your set? It looks like they are airing the show again now even though they took it off for several months at least.
