Patty Duke as Helen Keller AND Annie Sullivan
She was in two versions of The Miracle Worker - the 1962 feature film (as Helen Keller opposite Anne Bancroft's Annie Sullivan) and the 1979 TV-movie (as Annie Sullivan opposite Melissa Gilbert's Helen Keller). Here are photos of her in both roles:
