I'm a big fan of Archie Bunker, but this one was a dud. A few lame jokes, a romance, Archie botches everything up, and they get it back together.

And who is this Billie, the barmaid who is his niece that is living with them, and where did she come from?

Billie is the daughter of Archie's brother Fred. She moved in with Archie at the beginning of season 3.

I don't remember much about this episode, and there were better ones in the Catherine storyline (the one where Archie meets her Hispanic family, for instance).
