Would You Consider 'The Honeymooners' To Be An Ensemble Sitcom???
 As good as Audrey Meadows & Art Carney were, the show was mainly focused on Ralph and the world around him. I may be wrong on that point, so I ask the fans, do you consider The Honeymooners to be an ensemble show or something else? |

No, I consider it to be a vehicle for Ralph and his sidekick Norton. Alice had her moments, but Trixie really served no purpose... ever. She was just part of the background. Nevertheless, still one of the funniest shows of all time.

'The Honeymooners' is built around Gleason and Carney, but it could also be considered a show about two couples, like 'I Love Lucy', 'The Flintstones' and 'All in the Family'.
