Sam Axe on Burn Notice - often uses the fake identity "Chuck Finley"

Sean and Gus on psych use several different fake names often more than one per episode such as "Felicia Fancybottom", "Longbranch Pennywhistle", "Lavender Gooms", "Ghee Buttersnaps", "Methuselah Honeysuckle and Old Scratch Johnson", "T-Bone Turner and Chesterfield McMillan", "Schoonie "U-Turn" Singleton" and many many more

Bud Bundy on Married with Children tried to create a new "cool rapper" identity and started calling himself "Grand Master B" - although everyone else called him different insulting versions of it

Bruce Wayne as Batman and Britt Reid as the Green Hornet

Johnny Caravella as Doctor Johnny Fever and Gordon Sims as "Venus Flytrap" on WKRP in Cincinnati

Matsuo Takahashi as "Arnold" on Happy Days (the only time he actually used his reeal name on the show was when he was giving martial arts lessons)

On Chuck Chuck likes to use the alias Charles Carmichael. But never seems to get a chance to.
