Default Me-TV desreves a lot of praise since it's the only channel that...

that doesn't change their schedule when the weekends comes. They have the same schedule and don't do that Mon to Thursday crap that Antenna TV and Hub does. Why change because it's a Friday? Not every person in America goes out on a Friday and even if they do it's not every friday.

Thumbs up to Me-TV

I dont get ME-TV but what they do is a good idea. Although, maybe the reason why Antenna TV runs the same schedule from Monday to Thursday is maybe they want to save on some episodes, so it takes longer to get through an entire series. Thats just a guess.

I agree never getting to watch Maude, Burns & Allen and the other shows Antenna TV airs is much better then getting to watch them 4 days a week.

Uh they have a DIFFERENT schedule on weekdays than they do on weekends. It's not the same as weekdays! And Antenna TV is changing their fall schedule, like I mentioned, and Friday primetime will be among the changes. Stay tuned.

Stop complaining over little things when I know you don't even watch these shows during the week on Antenna TV, like Maude, but if they change the time, you'll complain like a little baby.

Well there is always going to be some little complaints. You were complaining about Maude moving to JUST weekends (which won't be the case anymore), and guess what Happy Days, Brady Bunch and other shows on MeTV are just on weekends. You don't get to watch those two on weekdays on MeTV.

Both channels are good and I don't see why little complaints like this have to be made when they are airing A LOT of good shows!

Me-TV has finally arrived in Louisville, Kentucky. Channel 32.2 via antenna or channel 188 on Insight Cable. I like what I've seen so far: Car 54, Dobie Gillis, Gomer Pyle, Bob Newhart. Great stuff here.

It's a great channel - it's 19.2 here via antenna in the Cleveland market.

Pavan, any idea as to when MeTV will be releasing their fall schedule? I know they have some new shows planned, but I haven't seen any news or anything out of them yet.

Antenna TV does one thing much better than Me-TV, that is they play their shows in EPISODE GUIDE order. Have you checked Me-TV's schedule? First of all, I can't figure out when their shows are on, second they are showing the programs in a complete haph-hazard manner, one day episode 45, next day episode 203, next day episode 79, etc etc. COmplete mix-up of episodes so you can not record these shows with any hopes of getting them in order.

Now, I don't get ME-TV, and believe me, in spite of my above complaint, I wish I got this channel, they are showing so many fantastic shows that I'd just love to record. And Antenna TV has a real fault, in that they only show a small handful of actual classic TV shows, the majority of the time spent on Antenna TV is taken up with lousy newer TV shows and bad movies. The only programs worthwhile on Antenna TV is Hazel, Father Knows Best, Iron Horse, Dennis The Menace, Gidget, & perhaps Here Comes the Brides. The rest of the time it's another crap TV channel resembling what Nick At Nite DEVOLVED into. If they cut the new crap shows (I do mean the '70's sitcoms, endless Stooges, endless Benny Hill) and put on more vintage shows from the '50's and '60's I'd be a happy camper right in front of my TV. By the way, I like Benny Hill & the Stooges, but IN SMALL INDIVIDUAL doses, not massive endless hours blocks. No one in their right mind watches TV like this. If I watched endless episodes of any TV show, even my favorites, I'd be sick to death of it. I like a variety of shows, a different one each 1/2 hour and only one show a day or even 1 a week would suit me, meaning there would be a much wider variety of shows on if they only showed one a week or one epis. a day. I don't know who started up this marathon episodes style of broadcasting, but it stinks.
