Valerie Bertinelli to Write A Cookbook Entitled..."One Dish at a Time!"

"Hot in Cleveland" co-star Valerie Bertinelli has inked a deal to write a cookbook called "One Dish at a Time," a play on her hit '70s series, "One Day at a Time."

"One Dish at a Time," according to a release from publisher Rodale Books, will include recipes from Bertinelli's "trusted family favorites" as well as healthy dishes she's used to help her slim down (which paid off, in 2007, when she lost a boatload of weight and became the spokeswoman for Jenny Craig -- then spun that off into a bestseller, "Losing It").

"One Dish at a Time" is targeted for a fall 2012 publication date.
