Default Season 4 episodes are so fun to watch

This is the current season being shown on TV Land and I don't think it's one weak episode during the entire season. That season included 2 new characters and the lighting in the studio looked to be revamped. So sad that everything went downhill after this season because season 5 could have been even better if Suzanne Somers never became involved in the contract disputes.

Quite right, Season 4 was the best season of TC, in general, 4th seasons tend to be the best or one of the best.

Season 5 did dip a bit, but I think TC made up some ground in Season 6 (not as good as Season 4 though), before declining through Seasons 7-8.

The season with the best eps are season 4 and season 7

My favorite ep of S4 is when the gang goes camping and poor Jack ends up stuck in the hammock. Yet another fine comic tour de force by John Ritter!!!

The 4th season was a great one. My favorite episodes were:The snow Job, Jack the Ripper, A camping We will go, The Love Barge, and The Root of All Evil.

That's probably the best episode of the season. I know it's Lana's best episode. When she caught Jack covered in the tree branches.....

The only episode from season 4 that was kind of weak was the one with the OLD MAN

I thought that Season 4 is a mixed bag. Some of the episodes are downright incredible (Jack on the Lam, Camping We Will Go, Ralph's Rival, The New Landlord). Some seem weak to me. The ones that seem weaker are the ones that don't have enough Furley or don't have him at all in the episodes. I think he has his own value as the Ropers' replacement, but he was underutilized. Maybe the writers were trying to figure out a way to write him into the episodes.

To me, the biggest drawback of S4 is I want to smack Chrissy practically every time she opens her mouth. THIS is where she became dumber than a box of rocks!!!

By him being the landlord he didn't need to be seen in every episode unless he a Mrs. Furley and was just seen in his apartment with his wife like the Ropers. But for him to be around the kids all the time didn't make much sense. It was no reason for him to be in that Camping episode
