Default Olsen twins quit the show

If you read in between the lines, it sounds like the Olsons would have been willing to continue if ABC Family had come through with more money. They didn't.

Olsens pull out of cable series, eye big screen
Jan. 10, 2002

PASADENA -- They've been on TV since they were in diapers, but now at 15, they've set their sights on becoming movie stars. Teen tycoons Mary-Kate and Ashley Olsen are bowing out of their ABC Family sitcom "So Little Time," produced by the Olsens' Dualstar Prods., after completing 26 episodes. The twins are poised to strike a feature deal in the near future, according to Dualstar Entertainment CEO Robert Thorne. "So Little Time," which bowed last year, was one of the erstwhile Fox Family Channel's highest-rated offerings, along with other Olsen-related series and telefilms. The channel ran its fifth Olsen twins marathon of 2001 on New Year's Eve. The new ABC Family regime wanted to keep "So Little Time" but not at any price. And the teens are hot right now in the retail world with the fast-growing "tween" demo, the kids who grew up watching them on ABC's long-running "TGIF" sitcom "Full House."(Cynthia Littleton)

So they quit just because they wanted more money? Just goes to show that they can not keep a series running longer than 2 seasons, well except for Full house, but they wern't together and there were a lot of other charachters too. I really liked TOAK better than SLT, but I didn't hate it. Face it, the *cute twin thing* isn't in anymore.

I hate this show too. The reason I hate it is because it is so fake and predictable. It is sort of life Two of a Kind. I think they arent as good as they used to be becasue they have gotten older and they are still in babyish roles.

So Little Time, barely began to be good!

These twins should be more commited to their TV fans instead of cancelling every show after 23 episodes.

Both, "Two Of A Kind," and "So Little Time," were cancelled at their prime. (by them!)

Greedy bitch*es!

They should of considered the fan base the show had, the show was *successful* on Fox Family.

Just goes to show what kinds of people they are

Oh dear, uniquely in this world, those awful satanic Olsen twins wanted more money. For God's sake, guys...

I though SLT had a lot of promise. However, though both are very talented, they will only ever get "cute twin roles". Some of their movies were alright on the eyes and ears; and they even occasionally got in some satire.

I think they certainly have a future. However, branching out might be a good idea-individually, I mean.

So they wanted more money. How much more do they need.? Read in People magazine the two girls are worth 76 milllion. They are raking in money as we write. As for the show, never watched it. I'm too old for kid shows.

No, I agree with you. They got through show business on their "good" looks.

These girls already have enough money. Any money they make from their products should go to charity! They are greedy, money grubbing b*tches!! I never cared for them.

It doesn't suprise me that they quit that show, any show or movie that they've ever made was NEVER good enough for the both of them, lets face it, their both rude cruel, selfish bitches(please exuse my french), all they ever want is is money,.....money,money, money........And they think their better than everybody else, and their perfect, well guess what, olsen twins suck! I'm so sick of the crap that their trying to sell like:
hairdryers, clothes, shoes, bedding, Cd player, towels, jelwerey, shampoo, nobody is gonna by that lousy crap, I personally feel they don't have a future as movie stars, the only way a movie production will take them seriously is when they both grow up and mutare!
