I was in college when the first "Porky's" came out... we saw it at the theater and thought it was hilarious!

The idea that one of the guys had about calling in the police sketch artist... could not stop laughing at that one!

Per standard Hollywood practice, the sequels were BAD. I only saw part of the second one, that was all I needed to see.

Porky's had a great cast

An R-Rated sex comedy on commercial television? Seems kind of pointless.

I have the Porky's trilogy on DVD, enjoy all 3 of them, but of course the first is the best.

Also great are Fast Times At Ridgemont High, Animal House, Screwballs, Spring Break, Fraternity Vacation, Beach Girls, Joysticks, Zapped, Just One Of The Guys, Risky Business, The Last American Virgin, King Frat, Sixteen Candles.

I don't think the sequels were bad at all, the second one had the same cast, writers, director, and I loved how it picked up the next day. Porky's Revenge had some funny moments, and could have been a lot worse.

There's been talk of a Porky's remake in recent years but I don't know what's going on with it at this time.

This thread should be called Who Dosent Remember Porky's??

This film is bad, and raunchy but its funny and entertaining. I can never stop laughing at the "police sketch" scene, or the part when the gym teacher finally gets along with Kim Catrall.

I seen the movie when it first came out and thought it was great. I haven't seen any of them in at least 10 years.
