Hello,
Probably no introduction is necessary, but I'll just say that I'm a long time follower/fan of the Unsolved Mysteries television series, the original series with the late, great Robert Stack. I have many episodes on VHS and DVD but there are a few random odds and ends that I am still seeking and will trade handsomely for... 9/13/89 NBC episode of Unsolved Mysteries - specific segment about the murder of a Florida gun collector, Todd Mcafee. Also searching for the elusive, nearly impossible to find short lived spinoff series from 1992 called "Final Appeal: From the Files of Unsolved Mysteries". The series lasted six weeks and profiled stories about people in prison who may be innocent and wrongly convicted. I need these episodes: Series Premiere from 9/18/92 - story about Dr. Jeffrey MacDonald, Green Beret and army surgeon convicted of murder his entire family, but claims drug crazed hippies did it sort of like the Manson family murders. ***I need the original NBC airing of this, not the Lifetime version. Episode from 10/2/92 about Steve Shores, a man convicted of murder who claims he was framed by the infamous El Rukns Chicago street gang. NBC airing. Episode from 10/9/92 about Tony Miller, an Ohio man who claims he was wrongly convicted of robbing an Arbys restaurant and shooting a police officer. He was later exonerated and released from prison. NBC airing. Episode from 10/23/92 about Thomas Eugene Drake, a Florida man convicted of attempting to murder his wife. His wife has amnesia and doesn't remember the crime, but has claimed at different times that her husband wasn't responsible. ***This episode didn't air on NBC on the east coast, so I may need to find a tape from a west coast airing, or a studio copy. WILL TRADE MY ENTIRE UNSOLVED MYSTERIES COLLECTION FOR THIS! As I said, will trade handsomely for any of the above. Thanks for reading, JS |
