I recently got a copy of the Seinfeld "Coffee Table Book" which was included with the full series DVD set back in 2007. The book did have a flap inside the back cover with the disc of the cast conversation with Larry David, but the book itself had a printing error. My copy of the book repeated pages 33-48, and then skipped pages 49-64. I assume that thousands of buyers had the same problem with their books. Has anyone here had that same problem, and if so, has the publisher made any provision to replace the book in this case? Please let me know. Thanks!
