Mercedes Masöhn will play Isabel Zambada, a Deputy US Marshal. The character is a "friend with benefits" with Geoff Stult's Walter. Newcomer Maddie Hasson has joined the cast as Willa, a teen out on parole who comes from a family of criminals.
