im happy im getting the Honeymooners in color collection tomorrow i never saw them in color before this is going to be soo cool did anyone else recieve the color Honeymooners collection

...are the hour-long episodes that were originally part of "THE JACKIE GLEASON SHOW" (his variety series) between 1966 and 1969, starting with the "Trip To Europe" story arc [an updated version, with musical production numbers, of a "mini-series" he originally presented on his variety show in 1957]. In fact, virtually all of the expanded "Honeymooners" color episodes of the late '60s are newer versions of ones he did in black and white within his live variety show in the '50s. The only differences are a different "Alice" {Sheila MacRae} and "Trixie" {Jane Kean}, and musical numbers by Lyn Duddy & Jerry Bresler. You'll enjoy them, Mike!

Special attention goes to the 4th volume in the set, the episodes from the 1969-1970 season. These are all original stories, where the Kramdens and Nortons travel across the country. Highlight for me: When they appear on The Mike Douglas Show.

oh wow cool im on 2nd one king of the castle.episode this is differnt im getting collection episodes tomorrow and all im going watch them all so excited thanks for the head up this is first for me
