Me and my boyfriend were sitting around talking and we were discussing about how many sitcoms had maids, butlers or home health care workers from other countries. These are the only ones I can think of so far. If you can think of any more, please feel free to add your own!

There is. British servants are generally portrayed as being wiser and smarter than their American employers. In fact, a common trait of this is that they usually carry hefty doses of deadpan snarkiness with them.

I remember on an episode of Seinfeld where Jerry was volunteering for an elderly man and he had a woman looking after him who was from the Caribbean, I think? Anyway, that episode was friggin' hysterical!!!
