Episode Help?

I'm looking for two episodes with Walter Skinner(Mitch Pileggi) in them

First one involves Skinner eating at a diner when a man is walks in and starts bothering the cashier then when Skinner butts in he gets shot by the man.

Second one has Skinner covering up a murder for the smoking man

The episode where Skinner is shot is called "Piper Maru". Its the first part of a two parter from the third season. I think the second episode you are referring to is called "Zero Sum". I've never liked that one so when I watch the fourth season DVD I usually skip over it.
