Eek Woman Dismembers Husband

http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/1793...e-disposal.htm

By Nadine DeNinno | July 13, 2011 11:29 AM EDT

The woman who cut off her husband's penis was arrested in California and could serve life in prison for allegedly drugging her husband after throwing the severed genital in a garbage disposal, authorities say. The 51-year-old victim is recovering after successful emergency surgery.

The Los Angeles Times reported 48-year-old Catherine Kleu Becker had called the police Monday evening after serving dinner to her estranged husband laced with drugs before amputating his penis with a 10 inch kitchen knife.

Police found her estranged husband, whose name has not been released, tied to a bed in the couple's home and bleeding in his groin. Her husband was rushed to the UC Irvine Medical Center for emergency surgery and is now in recovery.

Court records show that the couple began divorce proceedings in May opened by the husband, though they were married for 11 ˝ years. Becker reported to the police that he "deserved it."

Garden Grove police department stated that there is no evidence of a "strong motive".

Becker reported to the police that she had laced his meal with a sedative drug. After he had fallen asleep, she tied him to the bed with rope and cut off his penis, which she ground up in the garbage disposal. After surgery, her husband has been listed in "good condition."

Becker could face life in prison if convicted. She was arrested on counts of aggravated mayhem, false imprisonment, assault with a deadly weapon, administering a drug with intent to commit a felony, poisoning and spousal abuse, according to the Los Angeles Times. She is being held on a $1 million bail in Orange Country prison.

To all the guys out there who have been feeling down today...no matter how bad your day has been, it wasn't as bad as this guy's.

Wouldn't "castrates husband" make more sense for the title?

When I think of dismembering I picture someone chopping a person up into pieces.

Yes, that's correct. Though I can see an argument being made that when you lose a, well, a "member", you are then "dismembered."

I don't imagine this woman's personal profile will be burning up eharmony.com, that's for sure.

Well, I did originally put something like that into the subject line but one of the administrators modified it.

^ The "hobbies" category alone would be a deal breaker!

I guess it depends on what you're into. lol

If a guy found someone willing to be "slaughtered and then consumed" online you can find anything.
