sorry, but the headline isn't exactly as urgent as the post is....

i'm going to try a fast (or vast, or every you spell it) and i was wondering if anyone had any suggestion? I was going to do a juic fast cause i saw it in a mag, i figured i would give it a go. any1 ever done it before, got any tips?

We did this for church....eat a lot the night before...lol....When you fast, you can eat when the sun is down, but if you just wanna do a famine where you don't eat at all, just tryto think of something other than food!

Ummmm....My friend did that. Drink ALOT of water. If you get realllllly hungry, eat something light. She had saltines I think. And do it when you are really healthy. Don't do it when you think you might be coming down with something or you are sick.

Why the hell not? For the experience! I've decided to live life like i'm dieing when i'm 30, live life for the moment....there is no tommorow. That's why i'm doing it....i've never done it before....
