I have had the 1st, 2nd and 3rd season sets of GI for quite sometime. But I just noticed today. I was looking at the front computer generated picture of the cast for the 2nd season DVD set. Is it just me? Or does Mrs. Howell look incredible. Wow that computer photo makes her look so beautful. She even looks bvetter than Maryann. Has anyone thought this?

It wasn't Mrs Howell that got my attention...it was Ginger. She's stunning. It almost looks like another person to me.

I remember when Natalie Schafer passed away in 1990 or 91(?). Throughout her career she had always kept her age pretty much a secret, and everyone from Hollywood to the media to the general public were shocked to learn she was 90. I think I remember even Dawn Wells commented she had no idea. She was significantly older than Jim Baccus.

Natalie may not have been a spring chicken, but she had style, elegance and grace. Very few woman have those qualities today.

Flying Dutchmans, those are beautiful photos. You can see a young Eunice Wentworth before she became Lovey Howell. So poised and elegant!

To me, there's always something about Natalie that just grabs me, needless to say, I have always been a Lovey fan. Did anybody ever notice that she only colored the front half of her hair (particularly in season 2) and that the back half is still grey?? I find it irritating and wonder why on earth she did that.
