ABC News has hired kidnap victim Elizabeth Smart as a contributor.

The now-23-year-old was abducted from her home in 2002, and will comment on missing persons cases for the network.

That's great. She's turned out to be quite a nice young woman, and a beautiful one at that. I wish her all the best. It was a miracle that she lived through that terrible experience. Best of luck Ms. Smart!
