Everyone has their tapes from me. Your friend Barb got her tape MONTHS AGO, it was late, but I explained that MONTHS ago. Their would have been no trouble with that, but she seems to be a little 90210 bimbo who couldn't understand anything. The other girls mother paid for 8 tapes of TAGS in early December. I sent the 8 Tapes in a week. Their were 3 tapes the first time, and 5 tapes the second time. Take all the action you want, you got your tapes, and VERY CHEAP at that. It come out to about 40 cents per episode. If TAGS is not worth 40 cents an episode, then don't bother me about getting them for you, guaranteed you will not find all of them anywhere else. If anyone wants my reference list, just ask through e'mail and I'll send it to you. This complainer ordered 8 tapes and got the 8 tapes in 7-10 days. Nothing was wrong, and the people who replied to this that have not dealt with me can mind their own business, I have NEVER took anyone, and you so called "online buddies" gang up and type posts that are untrue. If you don't think these people have their tapes, then E:mail them, and ask, they have them. If someone expects to get a package in 3-4 days, and does not, then they go and post all this ridiculous **** on here. I told this person their tapes would come in 7-10 days, which THEY DID. I noticed these ridiculous posts were posted only two days after I mailed, so they didn't have their tapes yet, maybe you can grow up and get some patience. If this person was scared to get tapes from me, then you should have never asked, that goes to prove you want find them anywhere else, you were scared, and still got them from me because you cant find them anywhere else (good luck seeing them all on t.v.). This person was scared because a family member of hers ordered a tape way back in late August or early September. The tape was late because I was visiting my father, and I would not get back on an airplane to come home for a couple weeks after the 9-11. I was actually at my fathers house on 9-11, and I did not come home as planned to mail tapes, etc, until later because I was not getting on an airplane until I thought it was safe.. THE TAPE WAS ONLY TWO WEEKS LATE, AND SHE GOT IT MONTHS AGO, WHY IS SOMEONE STILL TALKING ABOUT THAT???? That is REALLY being scared, and if your family member Barb does not understand that, then tough luck, this isn't her world, and evertything does not evolve around her. She got her tape a long time ago , and just because she had to wait a couple weeks for circumstances beyond my control, that is no reason to get uptight. If I could have controlled the circumstances , then it would be different, but EVERYONE has their tapes from me, and if you don't believe it, just e;mail them ask them. Oh, by the way, I have not used the i.d. "one bullet" in about 5-6 months because someone on ebay and yahoo already has that name, so I picked something that I can use for all of the sites I visit..............Goes to show what people know, this person Jenny who has no idea who I am, just replied to a post saying that I never come around, and I never post anymore. Mind your own business, I post on this site at least once a week, and I have many satisfied deals from TAGS, Mama's Family, and many more shows. I switched all the same info. on my bellsouth internet account to my new place, so my e;mail is the same if anyone has questions. Just click on the e:mail icon above my post. You other people are the ones who look like thieves, you don't even have your e:mail listed with your posts, why are you so secretive??????
It's easy to post up lies about people, but you don't have the guts to list your e:mail address so I can explain the situation to you without typing a mile long post.

I ordered your complete set of TAGS and Mayberry RFD and still haven't received them. You don't answer my emails as to where they are at but at the same time you have my money. Since I held up my end of the bargain I think you should, too. Hope to hear from you soon

This is the same TVTapesGuy that cheated me. I paid for Mama Family tapes and never received any. The e-mail he gave me was dwg@planttel.net, same address. I've been trying to search all the different e-mails and names he uses and post on all the boards. Its a big job. But I'm going to stick with it. Always pay with a US Postal Money Order. You have 90 days to file a complaint and then the Post Master goes after the thief to try to get the money back. Using the mail for fraud is a Federal Offense. There is no time limit to report this. Maybe if enough people pursue action Wayne, Dewayne, Danny and all the rest of his personalities will fine themselves being prosecuted by the law.

Hey, if you want to really have some fun with this con guy, why don't you just contact the companies, like Paramount, that own the rights to those shows he's duplicating and selling? You see, even if he did abide by all the terms of the agreements he had with you and the other people he sold to, the very fact that he's duplicating and selling copyrighted materials in the first place means he's in violation of the law.

I don't think you have to worry about him anymore. He and all of his aliases have been banned and I think it will be a cold day in Hell before TJ lets him post on these boards again. I am glad he's banned and I hope that he gets prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.

(GoldenFamilyTies, I think since this guy has been banned, there is nothing to discuss further about him. Would you mind closing this thread? That would be greatly appreciated.)

Good. I'm glad that he won't get a chance to rip more people off. It won't get the people's money back that have already been ripped off by him.

Too bad he wasn't banned last year when I emailed TJ and suggested that course of action. It could have saved people a lot of hurt. Speaking of banned... HOW was he banned? By name? By ISP number? All of these can be changed if he switches his name/ID/server/and/or computer.

I don't think it does any harm to warn people about him, I don't think this thread needs to be closed as we are simply compiling data and sharing experiences. People can always refrain from reading a thread if they are not interested in its content.

I said I wanted it closed because I didn't want to turn it into a hate topic about hi. This is GoldenFamilyTies' board here, so it's his/her decision. I don't care if it is closed.

I looked at his IP addresses (for OldSchoolFan and TV Tapes Guy) back at the All in the Family board and they were very close to identical. I don't know what kind of scam he was running but since he is banned he can't do any more harm here.

I don't know how he was banned (I am just a moderator, not the administrator) If he tried to switch computer, name ID/Server or whatever just to get back on these boards (or other boards) he would need serious help. If he ripped me off, I would go to the post office and file a mail fraud complaint. Mail fraud is illegal and I hope he gets punished for this. If he has done this for years, he will have a lot to think about while he is in federal prison or whatever happens to him.

I think he's finished on these boards, but we all have to stay alert and anyone offering to sell tapes should be investigated. Before buying anything post and ask for references. Having all the for sale items posted through the Tapes Trading board would be the easiest way to keep control. Maybe a notice could go out that only that board can be used for trades and sales. Anyone posting elsewhere would be deleted. That would confine sellers and buyers. This is just a thought. The responsibility will always be the buyers, not to get cheated.
