Default Hollywood Disasters

Can anyone think of a movie that was a re-make of a tv show that wasn't a total disaster. The only one I can think of is Get Smart.

The Fugitive, the Addams family and The Brady Bunch are about the only good ones.

I don't know if you've seen it but Shelley Long and Gary Cole reprised for this tv-film called The Brady Bunch in the White House. That one was crap!

There was actually a planned tv-remake of "Mister Ed" back in 2004 It never happened.

Mister Ed was voiced by Sherman Hemsley of "The Jeffersons".

I didn't see that one. That sounds like crap. The first theatrical movie was good. The second one was okay. They both look like classics compared to some of these remakes though.

The Fugitive is the only one that I didn't hate. Stopped watching them a long time ago. Mission Impossible was crap by the way and completely against the whole concept of the series.

I didn't like them. They were just a vehicle for Tom Cruise. Should have been called Mission: Cruise

That may be true, but in terms of box office they were not Hollywood Disasters.

I didn't care for the second one. I liked the first and third.

Looking forward to the fourth.

"Transformers" movies were a huge success.

I'm sure the new one will do extremely well also.
