Seinfeld - Jerry - only child of Mortie & Helen Seinfeld

...at least its pretty much implied these characters do not have any siblings.

It's funny though, depending on what episodes you have seen, sometimes they imply that a character is an only child.

Like Marion Cunningham... I thought she was an only child until the episode where Roger comes to them. That was 9 years or so.

In Cheers, originally Frasier was supposed to have been an only child, but in Frasier they gave him a brother, Niles. They saw how much David Hyde Pierce resembled Kelsey Grammer, so they gave him a brother.
