I am curious if there was ever an update on the criminals who used to go around robbing grocery stores in Oregon/Washington?

I'm not aware of any updates but I would be curious to know a definite answer as well.
One would think that the robber's luck would eventually run out and they would be picked up if they continued robbing stores at the pace they were going. In addition, the segment wasn't syndicated on Lifetime (to my knowledge). I didn't see anything remotely offensive in the segment, so perhaps the robbers were caught, no update was filmed, and the police asked Lifetime to pull the segment. OR the robbers were NOT caught, the robberies slowed or stopped completely, the statute of limitations ran out and the police asked that the segment be pulled since the investigation was closed. Does anyone have the segment on-hand? Perhaps an investigator is interviewed in the segment. Sometimes a polite email to a specific investigator or the police department that conducted the investigation will lead to an answer. Even if they simply say "it was solved", at least we would know. |
