Default Taco Bell's food tastes like crap

I should have gone to taco time. I went to taco bell last night for the first time in geez, probably over a year. I ordered the stuff that sounded like it would taste the best, but it was absolutely disgusting. So bland, and just plain nasty. I don't know if it was just me, or whether it tastes like this at all taco bell's, but I'm not going to find that out for myself, because I doubt I'll ever go there again. I've always liked taco time better anyway.

You never heard of taco time? I thought they were all over the Country. Maybe they're just sold in selected State's. If you ever come across one, I definitely recommend it.

Yeah, we don't have taco tico here. I never even heard of it. We have so many mexican restaurant's in my neighborhood, because of the large hispanic population we have, so I wouldn't be surprised if we had one sooner or later.

We have Taco Time here and I've NEVER eaten there> Weird, considering that I've lived here fifteen years now (come July). I refuse to eat at Taco Bell though. My first year of college that was pretty much the only place to eat within walking distance and I ate there ALL the time (believe it or not, it was a lot worse than our college cafeteria!), and now I can't even look at a Taco Bell without feeling sick! I really should try Taco Time at least once.

Cool

We have a Taco Time here! I used to eat there fairly regularly but I haven't eaten there in years. The only Taco Bell we have is in the food court at the mall. It's a combined kiosk with KFC. While I have tried the Taco Bell food I usually order from the KFC side of the menu when I go there.

Taco Time is on the Internet at www.tacotime.com. I entered my ZIP code in the locator, and the nearest restaurant is in Goshen, Indiana, outside of South Bend. Back in 1996 there was a Taco Time at the food court at the Mall at Fairfield Commons in Beavercreek (east of Dayton). That was the last I saw of it.

Truthfully I prefer it to what passes for Mexican food at Taco Bell. Plus, Taco Bell has gotten on the wrong side of the Parents Television Council with its advertising tendencies as of late!

I'm NOT into Taco Bell...I had it last week and the food is more salty than spicy.

Sometimes Taco Bell gives me MUDD BUTT!

No Taco Times here either. I'm not one for Mexican food anyway, unless it's a taco prepared homemade; which I'm not about to do, lol. Sorry you had a bad time, Brad. LOL@ your thread title.

high sat fat, high carb, high sodium and high calories all of which are a bad combo (for me esp. as a pre-diabetic) never thought Taco Bell was all that to begin with - if I want something Mexican I make my own and ususally include something from Lean Cuisine or Weight Watchers as the base of the meal.
