Default Who is worse Veri$on or Comcrap?

Warning rant is too follow........................................

I switched from AT&Crap to Veri$on mainly cause I couldn't place a call with my phone @ at&t or if I could I would barely hear the other person on the other line and according to their lovely map I should be "well in their network range". So back in February of this year I switched. The really sad part is when I canceled at&t they didn't even ask why I was canceling! Just "ok no problem pay this last bill and you're done" WOW thanks at&t! So went to veri$on and have seriously nothing but problems with my phone since I've purchased it. Since Feb I've been through 5 (FIVE) phones all defected by either dropping calls, becoming too hot, won't activate (that was an exciting story in itself). It's to the point now where I don't even put contacts in My phone because there is no purpose to go through all the effort only to have them deleted. The newest phone I've received is just starting to have problems now I can barely hear who I'm talking to, I can't sent mms nor receive them and My phone likes to randomly shut itself off. I've had this phone for 3 weeks..yes 3 WEEKS it still has the protective plastic crap on the screen!! lol It is so bad I actually have a personal number to contact at veri$on corporate because I've gotten to the point where I've told them if they don't fix my issue they're going to have a Motorola droid global 2 size hole in their window . The last time I called tech support about my phone not activating the lady tells me "hold on sir I have to flip to that page in the instruction book"..........THE SAME BOOK YOU GET WITH THE PHONE! the same book I have in front of me lol

/rant part 1

Comcrap, Commucast, Crapcast, etc. etc .etc. etc. -

I've never had such a deep rooted hatred for a company as I do with this company. Let's start with their tv service, I use tivo (<3) with a cablecard so I don't need their box I just need their cable card. The guy comes over with a comcast box no cable card so after he puts 1 and 1 together his buddy shows up with the cable card..both have no clue how to install a cablecard in fact I know more about the damn cable card then they do! So it ends with me actually installing the cablecard. After they leave it turns out I'm missing a good chunk of channels. So I call to see whats up and get told "oh it is a known issue with tivos and comcast".....WHAT! there is 0 known issues, I call back and get the same answer so I tell them I want to speak to their supervisor..all of a sudden the person has a hard time hearing me so I ask again for the person above them..after a few minutes I get someone and they can't figure it out either basically wasted My breath. SO I call up corporate and tell them how I feel and what My problem is..mind you I've had them for less then a week. MYSTERIOUSLY!!! overnight...all my channels are back now..I'm not missing anything..course corporate has no clue what happened to my channels and their tech support claims to have done nothing..

Their Internet is um HORRIBLE, it is not fast in the slightest half the time I get "page cannot be displayed" on the popular pages..I.E...google, msn, yahoo, etc. I know its not my router cause my router is 9 months old and falls into their "prefer" router list. They can't explain my slow speeds at all, one person tells me I have static on my lines hence the speed, the tech comes out and shows me how they check for static...there is 0 static on the lines, if I didn't see it for myself I probably wouldn't have believed it but its hard to make up numbers that you see with your own eyes. My internet goes down at least 2 times a day sometimes

Their phone is o....k I barely use it, my only real complaint is they mix business numbers with house numbers so I keep getting calls for "Henry's Auto Mall" and "what time do you guys close today". If I'm in a bad mood I usually answer the what time do you close only cause I'm evil like that

Iv'e never had verizon, so I can't really say anything bad about it, but Comcrap has been horrible in the last few weeks. My computer has been messed up atleast 20 times in that time span. I'm thinking about calling them to complain about their lousy service. Maybe they'll give me a month of free internet. Of course they're comcast, so I'm not holding my breath on that happening.
