Still Have Worked If It Were Set In The 1960's??? I think we all know that What's Happening was based on the movie Cooley High which was based in the 60's. What's Happening has also been compared to a "Black Happy Days." My question is, could the show still have worked if it were based in the 60's instead of the modern time 1970's?
