Like the similar thread that was on iMDb (before they archived/deleted it), list your top 5 episodes from each season.

Season 1:

Season 4 (my favourite season, also very hard to pick):
1. Archie in the Cellar (also my favourite episode of the series)

You have some good ones there. A few of my other favorites are Archie and the FBI, Archie Sees a Mugging, Archie and the Mob, Amelia's Divorce, and Two's a Crowd. I like some of the episodes that are just drag out funny however I do like those that explore the character relationships a lot (Amelias Divorce and Two's a Crowd are among the best).

I quite like Two's a Crowd myself, indeed it just fell outside my Top 5 for Season 8. The writers were very clever not to do a banal rewrite of Archie In The Cellar by incorporating Mike into the storeroom with Arch, and the stories they shared were gold!

Some of the other ones you mentioned, particularly Archie and the FBI and Archie Sees a Mugging I haven't seen in quite a while, but I liked those episodes a lot too. I ought to re-visit the older ones on DVD sometime.
