Mrs Beesily's Burgers....it's a little roadside joint off I-5 in Washington, as a kid we always stopped there on our way home from roadtrips, now I take my family there when we're on our way home to OR.
Personally I think these small places are always better than any of the franchise burger places. |

I think mine are better than any fast food place
I start with Angus beef 1/3lb patties, cook 'em on my indoor grill with kosher salt, garlic powder and lemon pepper seasonings, about 5 minutes per side. Then I shut of the grill and quick toast the fresh jumbo sesame seed buns for about a minute as it cools down - gets some nice grill marks on there too. For mine I usually use a thin slice of red onion, fresh tomato, pickle, lettuce and swiss or mozzarella cheese, for Robyn's no onion and always colby cheese. If I have some, I will throw on 3 pieces of thick-cut bacon and throw a little mayo on the bun. ...got it down to a science. |

My favorites are Mcdonald's double quarter pounder with cheese, any of Burger King's new variety of whoppers, Wendy's triple baconator, and Jack In The Boxes Sour Dough Jack's. Ahhh, I can feel my arteries hardening just thinking about it. lol!

My favorite local place for burgers is called Annie's Hamburgers. The burgers there are very good. Also, Salt Grass Steak House has good burgers.
