Default FT 9:30 episode gone

Starting Monday January 7th, 9 and 9:30pm e/p will be "Kids Say the Darndest Things." It will air Sun-Thurs 9-10pm e/p.
It is probably airing for either 2 reasons: Either it got great ratings for the 2 days it aired in December or it is a filler (holding) The Cosby Show slot until March. And yes it will still air on TNN Weekdays at 10-11am e/p.
So Diff'rent Strokes will probably return in March or so, hopefully.
FT will continue to air every night 1-2am e/p but NOT Mon-Thurs at 9:30.
I'll try to contact Nick at Nite to see the status on this change.

I was so mad too, when I went onto nick at nites website this morning and read taht they replaced it. What do they think, that the normal human being is gonna stay up till 1:00 am everynight, espechally a teen, like me??? I am angry!!!!! That other show is so annoying too! I remember when they used to play it on CBS. The kids act like a bunch of little brats! I want to contact Nick at Nite and protest!!! Well, gatta go.

Do what I do: set your VCR (if you have one).

I have a VCR. The problem is that my mom stays up late and watches TV, and if you change the channel it messes up the program! If my mom goes to bed before 1:00 that is what i will do though. I can also try to stay up late too! Well, gatta go.

Well, good luck, Katie, cuz if you can, it makes for a great thing to have to watch after school (or work for others).

Wow, you're mom is a real night owl!

Yeah, I hope I can tape it. It is a nice thing to watch after school. I could get adicted though. Gatta be carful I don't get too many episodes taped, or I will not be able to stop watching it!
Yeah, my mom stays up pretty late. I try to stay up late too, but by about midnight she tells me to go get some sleep. neway, I will try tapin it! I love the show, and I don't wanna miss it!

Well, I can certainly stay up as I please since I am on a flexible schedule, but I still think this is ridiculous. The Cheers network has struck again- they changed the schedule for yet another one of their best shows (first DS and now FT).

Yeah, really. Cheers is my favorite show of all time, but do we really need 4 eps. a night? Especially since the midnight ones are just reruns from the night before?

I AGGREE!!! I think Family Ties is the best! They should have at least left it on at 9:30, and replaced the cheers at 10:00 with that other show. NOT RIGHT!

Yea, that's just it. I don't mind Cheers myself, but I would like to see other shows for a change.

And I got a big laugh last night when N@N ran their promo for "Ties" at 9:30 still!!!! The one about "mothers, brothers, and Yothers". Said "Ties" at 9:30 and "Cheers" at 10. Phhhttt! Someone is asleep at the switch, but N@N is always doing something dumb.
