Dolly! - 2 episodes of Dolly Parton's variety show, probably the last of its kind. First has appearances from Linda Ronstadt, Emmylou Harris and Bruce Willis.

Johnny Cash show - 2 episodes, first has appearances from Bob Dylan, Jonie Mitchell and Fannie Flagg.

David Blaine - Magic Man
Drowned Alive

Catch it if you can - McDonald's training video, appears to be from the late 60's or early 70's, has some hilariously corny moments.

I am sorry I do not have 2gether or the Tom Green Show. I have since acquired Beavis and Butthead do American and BASEketball, but thank you for posting.
