I didn't want to put this on the Spin-offs and One-year wonders board since it's neither of those. I don't think I've ever seen this show mentioned on this site. Did anyone else here used to watch it? I can't be the only one.

I very vaguely remember that show, I was pretty young when it came on, but do remember bits and pieces of it. I recall thinking that Jake was very cute. I think, I also recall like a fat kid and a girl that played the tuba? is that correct?

Yeah, there was a fat kid named Lou. I haven't seen the show since the early 90's so I'm not sure about the tuba playing girl but you're probably right because there was several girls on the show.

I thought it was a great show but I can't remember how many episodes there were.

I use to LOVE that show!! My favorite episode was the one where the family was suppose to go away on a cruise ship for Christmas, but they got the flu. Gary (Jake's best friend), the only well one in the bunch, had to buy Christmas presents at the local gas station because the real Christmas presents were on the ship. He came back with straws, napkins and a can of sterno. Gary accidentally wrapped up his keys and one of the kids thought he received a car for Christmas.
I wish I could see this show (or at least this episode) again. |
