One reason why "Jeopardy!" and "Wheel of Fortune" are STILL popular
Is because they,once NBC daytime game shows, represent a time in daytime TV when game shows(and yes,soap operas)RULED daytime TV (1960's-1980's-especially the 1960's).And besides that,they're both fun to watch.

Also, the shows have been on at the same time for years and years. They have just become habit to watch. They have prime spots on the schedule to. Perfect dinner time viewing!
