Who is that in the picture when you walk in the Stephens front door?
Hope this pic shows up, but you know when you walk in the Stephens home and you see that big picture just as you come in? As I looked at it, it kind of freaks me out. I think the guy (is it a guy?) is kind of creepy. Any story that goes with that particular portrait or is it just something to fill the house to make it look like a house? I swear some of you discussed this once, but I can't recall what was said.

The name of the painting is "Girl With Broom", by Rembrant. A copy of that painting was also briefly seen in the Hartleys' apartment on The Bob Newhart Show.

Geez, so it's not a guy and it's a Rembrant to boot. Egg on me, I guess.
 Still kind of creepy when you see it in passing if you don't know what it is. |
