There is this story about a black woman talking on the phone with her friend. She's very pregnant. She has received a gift. As she's talking on the phone, she opens the gift and out comes a bullet. She's shot, but she and her baby both survive. The case hasn't been solved because no one has ever been found.

That case is called the Zip Gun Bomber. And the lady and her uborn baby weren't the only victims. Sadly at least one of the victims who received another package died. I can't remember her name, but you should be able to search for it.
