SVU, LA--renewed? - Sitcoms Online Message Boards

Any official word on if these are renewed? Every source I find says SVU is "very likely" to be renewed, it just depends on contract negotiations. The upcoming season ender is listed as "12th season finale" on my tv info, not "series finale." I'd really hate to see the show not come back, and not get to do a proper finale to end the series. (This is what happened to the original L&O last year, and after 20 years, that was just disrespectful to a show that did so much for NBC.)

I've heard that LA can go both ways. I'm still liking it after the changes, I didn't think I would but I do. The stories are still compelling, and the actors do a good job. They would do better to keep this on, and actually give it a chance, then putting on some new show that they'll end up cancelling anyway.
