Came across this on the forbidden site. It's bad news.
Associated Press FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. -- A skull found at the bottom of the Mogollon Rim in eastern Arizona has been identified as that of a Kansas trucker. The Gila County Sheriff's Department said Wednesday the dental records showed the dead man was Devin Williams. His home town was unavailable. Williams' semi-tractor become stuck in the woods about 20 miles from Arizona Route 87 two years ago. He last had been seen a quarter mile north of Mogollon Rim Road. His skull was found in the area on May 2. Details as to how he died were unavailable Wanted to re-post it with its own title to make sure everyone saw it. |

I thought it was 1997 or something like that when these remains were discovered. I know it wasn't within these last few years.

It might have been...I saw it and then I looked up a thread on him and it didn't say anything about him having been found, so thought I'd post it just in case people missed it (like I did
)

Yes we came across a blurb about his skull being found a few years back and posted it. It was pretty frustrating that the only place you can find anything about him was on a alien website. They seemed to think his acting strangely was because he had been abducted by alients...
I spoke with his daughter a few years ago. They still have absolutely no idea what happened. It would be sad to have to live your life not knowing why your father was acting that way and why he died. They weren't able to determine a cause of death but I think it was probably exposure.

Some have suggested that he may have been diabetic or going through some kind of diabetic episode when he ended up driving through that park and so forth.

So sad his family never really found out exactly what happened to him. |

I've always pondered the possibility that someone slipped a drug into something he was drinking, possibly a person who wanted to steal his rig. Of course, even though the segment reiterated that he did not use his drugs and always passed his tests, it's not beyond the realm of possibility that he wanted to experiment with something for the first time and it all went horribly wrong.

IMO, the diabetic "shock" theory seems the most plausible in this case.

As I posted on the other Devin Williams forum I had a friend who was also a truck driver that had a diabetic episode as was acting exactly like Devin Williams was said to have been acting. Luckily we were able to recognize what was going on with my friend and get him to eat and come out of it. Devin was by himself and no one recognized what was going on with him so I figure he wondered off into the wilderness, slipped into a coma and died.

if someone wanted to steal his rig it would have done them no good to have him driving it through the forrest strung out like that. |

Hey, y'all! I'm relatively new (I've been one of those creepy lurkers for some time). I'm so glad to see that Devin was found! I've always found his case so deliciously strange...I wonder if we'll ever know exactly what happened to him.

I believe it...I have several family members who are diabetic and when their sugar got panic level high...they saw dead people, blue-haired old ladies, had ridiculous delusions...it was unbelievable. If we hadn't known to check their sugar or take them to the ER to get it under control when they had problems, I could easily have seen them being mistaken for psychotic or high.
