Question Which Chuck?

Which Chuck does everyone prefer? Gavan O'Herliehy or Randolf Roberts? Personally I like Randolf Roberts much better. The Original Chuck was just too dull, and he never stuck around for more than 30 seconds at a time. The Second Chuck was seen more and was a much better actor.

Another reason I prefer the second Chuck. In the only 2 episodes he appeared in "Richie Moves Out" and "Guess who's coming to Christmas" Chuck had a major role in each episode and we got to see his full charachter and how he related to His parents, Richie, Joanie, Fonzie. I think it was a bad choice to drop Chuck from the show, right when his charachter started to bloom.

Default Anyone else NOT care about Chuck?

When did Chuck EVER "Bloom" on that show? To me Chuck was a waste of lines. He was a POORLY concieved character from start to finish.

Richie should have been the oldest child from the start, his parents should have been going through their childs teen years for the first time with him. It's funnier than thinking "they have been through this before with Chuck so they know how to handle it.." BLECH!

They never wrote for him, never let the actors shine with the character(from what I saw of them they both stunk, at least on the show) it was a real piss poor effort.

Finally just chucking(pun intended) the character was the wisest move they made in regard to him.

The streetwise and MUCH more interesting and likable Fonzie was a MUCH better choice of a "older brother" for Richie and the interaction with Mr.&Mrs. "C" was much better.

Plus Richie worked better as the oldest child than the middle child.
