Default How do you rank the hosts of Family Feud from a scale of 1-10?

Hey guys,

This year marks 35 years since the Debut of Family Feud

and so, here's the 1st Family Feud Question for all of you:

How would you rank all of the hosts of Family Feud from a scale of 1-10?

and here they are:

Richard Dawson (The KING of Family Feud)
The Late Ray Combs (Stand-up Comedian)
Louie Anderson (Life with Louie)
Richard Karn (Home Improvement)
John O'Hurley (Seinfeld)
Ricki Lake (Former Talk Sow Host)
Al Roker (The Today Show)
Steve Harvey (The King of Comedy)

and also, how do you rank Richard Dawson's Return from 94/95?

Please share your thoughts on all of them

Cool

Richard Dawson 10/10 He is the standard all the others are measured by.
Ray Combs 8/10 He did a solid job. It's a shame how he died
Louie Anderson 6/10 He should stick to stand up
Richard Karn 7/10 He's a better actor than a host
John O'Hurley 8.5/10 He came closer to Dawson's level than any of the others
Steve Harvey 7.5/10 He's funny and is growing into the host role

I didn't rate Ricki Lake or Al Roker since I've never seen any of their episodes.

1. Ray Combs (RIP)
2. Richard Dawson (yes, this includes 94)
3. Steve Harvey
4. Richard Karn
5. Al Roker
6. John O'Hurley (never really got into him)
7. Louie Anderson

For the record, Al Roker hosted the summer 2008 "Celebrity Family Feud" primetime specials for NBC, and I'm not counting Ricki Lake because Game Show Marathon is not a version of Feud (it just happened to be one of the games played on that show when it aired on CBS in the summer of 2006).

I can only rate the ones I’ve seen:

Richard Dawson - YES! I agree he’s the titleholder 10/10

Ray Combs was really good so I’d say 8.8 and Steve Harvey is good so I’d give him an 8.0

Enjoyed all the hosts until Steve Harvey. Some people find him hilarious but I think he over acts. Family Feud is such a good show that almost anyone could host and it would still be enjoyable

Richard Karn 10
John O'Hurley 10
Al Roker 7
Ray Combs 5
Richard Dawson 4- He mumbles too much.
Steve Harvey 0- 1 is way too generous for the man who has ruined Family Feud.
I never saw the Louie Anderson version.
