Okay, I'll keep this nice and simple

If ANYONE has a copy of the ORIGINAL, UNCUT version of the episode called "A My Name Is Alex" (the episode where Alex's friend Greg dies and he spazzes out and the last 3/4 of the episode is the Alex-in-the-therapist's-office scene), PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE email me about sending me a copy. As I have posted on several other threads here, I have the uncut version of the episode, in PAL VHS format - If you can play PAL, I'd be happy to make a copy for you.

what are the differences between the cut and uncut versions? i haven't seen that episode in over a decade. if i remember correctly, much of the episode had alex sitting in the dark with a spot light on him..

As I don't live in the US, I can't say for sure what has been cut (Here in Scandinavia, they have always aired the uncut versions of all episodes), but there should be at least a few minutes cut out.

My Name is Alex (both parts) were originally 51 minutes long together (excluding commercials) and I would guess that the cut versions that Nick at Nite airs should be 44 minutes (2 x 22) - In that case, there should be around 7 minutes missing...

Still not nearly as much cut as Alex Doesn't Live Here Anymore, but...
