Ralph Kramden, a NY Knicks fan? (Part 1) The Boston Celtics beat the NY Knicks 87-85

(Ralph & Ed are having lunch at Ed's manhole.)

Ralph: "What a dissapointing night. I was hoping that the Knicks would win thier first playoff game in 10 years."

Ed: "Me too."

(Ed blows his nose.)

Ed: "Ralph, those Celtics are a tough team. They got Ray Allen, Shaquille O' Neal etc."

Ralph: "Are you kidding? Those Knicks can run circles around those two players. Plus, Shaq is a shell of his former self. Considerating that the Heat are playing so well, I am willing to bet that Shaq wishes that he was back in Miami and playing in front of that crowd. I would love to be down there in Miami Beach to be honest."

(Audience cheers.)

Ed: "Well, those Celtics are going to get what is comign to them. The Knicks have proved that they can hang with them."

Ralph: "The Celtics luck will run out and the Knicks will win their first NBA title since '73. That was 38 years ago."

Ed: "I know that I will watch. I don't care what team wins."

Ralph: "Why?"

Ed: "I am also a fan of the Celtics. I want them to increase their record of NBA titles."

Ralph (yells): "GET DOWN THERE IN THAT MANHOLE!"

(Ed does.)

Ralph: "What a dope."

(Audience applauds as Jackie Gleason walks out.)

Jackie: "Thank you. I meant what I said a million times. The Miami Beach audiences are the BEST! GOOD NIGHT!"

(Audience cheers.)
