So I get in these moods where I watch hours of UM all at once and then when I think about a particular case weeks later, my memory is fluttered.
I recently watched a case (mid 90's) about a murderer (guy was really crazy) who rode with two hitchhickers in the victim's vehicle (driven by the murderer) and they stopped at a rest stop and then two hitch hikers were desperate for help saying this guy was nuts and he had just killed someone. Anyone remember? Thanks. |

Yes that was Bill Henderson's murder. Fifteen years later Lawrence Tutt was located and later confessed to the murder.

Was there ever a motive given for this sick crime?

I don't think so, but he was a career criminal. I believe the hitchhikers saw the UM segment, and contacted authorities.
