I guess you've never seen the dozen or so series he made at Republic Pictures in the 1940's-1950's, ranging from Henchmen to Heroes? His three best known are as a henchman in THE CRIMSON GHOST, Male lead in NYOKA & THE TIGERMAN and as the hero in GHOST OF ZORRO.

You are quite right. I have never seen any of those Republic serials that you mentioned.
