TV Oded Fehr Coming Back to "Covert Affairs"

Exclusive: Oded Fehr Plots "Covert Affairs" Return
Apr 12, 2011
by Kate Stanhope

Oded Fehr will reprise his role as Eyal Lavin on "Covert Affairs", TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.

The Mummy actor, 40, first appeared last season as the cocky and attractive Mossad field agent who Annie (Piper Perabo) met on a mission in Zurich. Although they were on the same side last time, Eyal's presence will complicate Annie's mission and her life.

Fehr will return for the fourth episode of Season 2.

Helena Soubeyrand will also guest-star in the episode as Salma Devrient, a secretary at the Syrian Embassy in Paris. Salma is emotionally and financially vulnerable after her fiancée leaves her and she falls behind on rent. Annie is sent to Paris to cultivate her as a new asset for the CIA.

"Covert Affairs'" sophomore season premieres on Tuesday, June 7 at 10/9c on USA.

"Covert" Scoop
by Matt Webb Miltovich
9/7/12

Eyal fans, we’ve got some news you’re going to love. Oded Fehr is coming back for five of the final six episodes of Season 3, which kick off on Oct. 16.

Annie’s in some jeopardy, and Eyal comes in to help her in Episode 311,” executive producer Matt Corman tells TVLine, adding that the hour is the show’s “most high-octane” one yet.

Their relationship is going to develop over this back six [episodes]. They’re spending more time together, so it’ll deepen and it will be tested in ways that we haven’t yet seen. You’ll see more complexity out of that relationship.
